Hello Whatuptime,
I've just recently installed; Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise Evaluation, 64-bit
On my OVH dedicated server box but after installation & a hard disk reboot the server box doesn't ping. ( can't connect with RDP )
Anyone familiar with this issue?
Cheers

Updated.
Thank you.
As your server includes IPMI, please log into the IPMI via your OVH control panel and check your servers console for error messages.

I've tried to launch the IPMI (through browser) but it's a empty white page..?

Once you are on the IPMI tab for your server you will want to choose "From a Java applet (KVM)" , it will download a small Java file. Once you have the small Java file downloaded you will need to double-click the file and run it. It will open a new Window which will show you the console of your dedicated server.
You will need to have Java installed - https://www.java.com/en/
