I try to follow step 13 but no one of these links work for me.
I also have done step 11 before I was doing step 13.
Please, help me.

Unfortunately we were forced to implement a "donation gate" on our articles in order to assist in cover the increasing costs for our mirrors. The volume of downloads from our mirrors has drastically increased over the past month and in order to ensure we have enough bandwidth to cover the demand we have upgraded network connections which comes at an additional monthly cost.
The downloads mirrors are still very much online, however in order to access the new download links you will need to visit the article meetings your needs (in this case the DigitalOcean one) and submit a donation via the form just above the comments section.
Once your donation has been received you will receive an email with an activation link, when you follow the activation link you will be able to access the remaining portion of the article and the updated download links.
