[Solved] error resize droplet detection cpu core

the new number of cpu hasn’t detect by windows os when i resize the droplet.

In addition, which size Droplet did you install to and which did you upgrade to?

i start my droplet with 1gb/1cpu 30gb ssd after i resize to 16gb/8cpu 160gb ssd. windox detect the new ram, disk but not the cpu. in the device manager the 8 core was visible but in the task manager only two was use.

You need to change your view in the Task Manager, by default the newer versions of Windows does not show each cores utilization.

all software like excel doesn't detect the real number of cpu. i join the part of windows manager were the number of core is

How are you verifying Excel is unable to "see" all of the cores?

If the device manager is showing all of the cores, than the Windows OS is seeing & using them all.
