Unfortunately, many of the SoYouStart server utilize network cards (They are "desktop" motherboards w/onboard NIC's) that aren't supported by Microsoft Windows Server versions as Intel has never released applicable network drivers. Intel has released drivers for Microsoft Windows desktop versions (Windows 10 for example) hence why the template you used is working.
At this time we do not have a solution readily available and likely won't for the foreseeable future.
