After typing in the code as : wget -O- http://mirror.whatuptime.com/#########/betas/2016.STD.x64.EVAL.US-English.gz | gunzip | dd of=/dev/vda
I type ENTER and it installs it. When I put "bash-4.2#" it says that it "command not found"

Apologies for the delayed response.
I have reviewed the content provided and I do not see the reason for the error message being displayed. Have you removed your Droplet from rescue mode to see if Windows boots up or are you seeing further errors?
