Hello,
This is a wired problem i am facing. In the wget command when i try to enter " | " this symbol but it get enter ">" this symbol i tried also onscreen keyboard same issue. i don't understand why this is happening.

The keyboard configured for the console likely doesn't match your own keyboard layout.
I would recommend connecting to the rescue session using SSH as opposed to using the console.
